Creating Web Graphics for Nutrinsider

Why do we need a Web Site or Blog?

When preparing and setting up a new Website or Blog the website owner needs to be very aware that there are  two important criteria as to its future efficiency; efficiency here meaning in terms of…

~ building one’s Name Brand, Reputation and Authority within the Internet environment and/or

~ generating a maximum of Leads and Contacts for one’s Business (eg. team members, distributors and business partners in an MLM or Affiliate Program),  or Customers for one’s Product range or Service line.

Clearly, the goal is always to make money online by either  Selling one’s own product, other peoples’ products or advertising space – OR to build a large and performing Sales force to increase and leverage Productivity and generate a maximum of Sales. One way or the other, “Make Money Online” is the motto and it is a large target market as it’s what most people looking for “online business opportunities” try to do on the Internet.

That’s why they need a web site or – even better on todays dynamic web: a Blog.

And most people have one or the other, or both. However, the majority fails miserably when it comes to making money online, it just keeps going out… it never comes in – a one-way road and worse than ‘bottomless’.

So what’s the problem?

In a combined series of articles we will see exactly what’s going wrong and where and how to do it right. You will learn how you can turn your Blog into a profitable tool for your Business and generate income online.

Why do we need a Web Graphic Design?

Coming back to what determines the efficiency of a Blog these are the 2 crucial criteria we have to consider :

1. Online Publishing  – The Script

Online Publishing with a powerful Script of the Semiomantics Line for Excellence encompasses all that takes place ‘behind the scenes’, meaning mostly invisible for the visitor of this website, however highly important in terms of strategical structure and … visible for the greedy virtual creepy-crawlies that continuously spider the Internet web to suck in new information and process it: Search Engines – especially Google.

And increasingly Social Networks – like it or not, that’s where the fast-moving masses are, at least today.

2. The Design and Web Graphics

It’s the Design and the Web Graphics that a visitor sees when visiting the website. . . and, consciously or unconsciously,  he will instantly be attracted or repulsed… and definitely the website or blog will be judged as to…

~ its attractiveness,
~ its personality, quality, style and ambience,
~ the way it talks and touches,
~ the website’s clarity and speed,
~ its search- and user-friendly navigation,
~ its interactivity and entertaining spirit,
~ its smart and unobtrusive magnets that keep the attention for a maximum of time and point and pull with razor-sharp precision to the targeted hooks that will ultimately leadi to the Optin Page or PayPal button.

There may be more factors, however, these immediately come to mind and very much correspond to traditional editorials, although online we have to grab the attention right away on the Homepage, i.e. on the valuable yet limited space of your screen (and all screens differ…). A normal magazine can operate more generously with ’space’ on the cover – and many people have the reflex to immediately page through it from the back when picking it up – but this too has to be well planned due to the huge cost of offline publishing…. which speaks heavily for doing this online.

The point is, attracting and keeping the attention of visitors on a Blog through appealing Web Graphics and Digital Images is a Skill… and here as in any profession one needs to know the HOW.

Online Publishing for Nutrinsider

To demonstrate the exact basic requirements, preparations, planning and mechanisms of setting up a targeted Business Blog – step-by-step – and proove its efficiency in terms of Google Top 10 visibility and financial income generation if…. IF ….  “Online Publishing” is done the right way, Yorgo Nestoridis has engaged in a “90-Day Website Demo Blitz” with his brand-new website “Nutrinsider” which focuses on Nutritional Supplements for Weightloss addicts, Fitness and Vitality freaks, Antiaging fans and all those who want to enjoy a healthy, sexy and fulfilling life right into their 80’s and beyond.

But more… being fed up with the sheepish way distributors and MLM adherents often promote what they are not… instead of themselves… and on top of it lose their money online instead of generating it by building their own business and reputation with a longterm vision and some dignity and pride glued to their names, he explains the exact path and process on how to exactly do it… and as he’s proven his success in the past as a Herbalife Distributor, he knows what he is talking about and all those who feel they deserve more for what they put in if only they knew how… my recommendation would be to follow the extremely blunt yet revelatory and mathematically anchored series of articles this expert in the field is currently publishing HERE.

TIP:

It’s an ideal Guideline for all those who are for instance Marketing Herbalife on Twitter, Facebook and Google – so don’t miss this vital information that may really mean a turnaround in your Herbalife (or any other)Business!

So where do I come in?

Creating Web Graphics for Nutrinsider

Very simple… I was contracted to deliver my Service as the Graphic Designer for Nutrinsider (on Semiomantics NewsCast), in other words to elaborate the graphic elements for “Nutrinsider” in function of the target and purpose of the framework. As will be seen it’s not a once-set-and-forget job… but an ongoing process and evolution. And of course it’s an honour, a challenge and an adventure for me – with a lot of experience to be gained while giving the “90-Day Website Demo Blitz” its colour, touch and sex appeal.

Accordingly and as a number of friendly comments – especially from my new Twitter Account – showed that there is quite some interest in learning more about the Digital Design and Web Graphics aspect of Online Publishing, especially also following the various Digital Graphics I’ve created for the websites of our Online Business partners in the past, I will attempt to provide you with my side and view of the developments in a series of articles on “Creating Web Graphics for Nutrinsider”.

To conclude this first introductory chapter, here as in most if not all Businesses and Projects it’s about Teamwork and Cooperation with ONE common Goal in mind, meaning an excellent and high-performing Product. At the end of the day, the Customer is King and wants to drive a Ferrari – he doesn’t care how the engine was put together or how the carborator works… he doesn’t even care who designed the form and created the unique colour and even the logo he’s so proud of…

All he wants is to live his dream and… drive it!

Criteria for Selecting a Graphic Designer for a Website

In my next post I will elaborate a bit on how an artist, graphic designer or illustrator is chosen for a specific ‘job’ – what counts most? What’s different on the Internet? And what does this teach us?

And how does it apply to my ‘job’ and its execution for “Nutrinsider”?

About Deadlines in online ‘Jobs’

On a final note for today… currently, there is no Internet connection. Well, if you get to this post it means it has just ‘happened’… I have no clue when.

I had my whole plan laid out for today, however, according to the ISP the server is down and should hopefully be fixed “this night”. “This night” is many hours wide… and I had no connection since lunch.

I have to live with it.

I mention this as this article was meant to go out long ago… and contrary to the ‘real’ life… especially when it comes to advertising and holding dead lines…, the Internet is unpredictable, volatile and totally imperfect. Even the best intentions can be shattered.

Don’t let this destroy you. Be flexible and immediately hop to another ‘job’ where you might not need an Internet connection… Or just enjoy fresh air in the garden or a golden sunset at the beach. Most importantly, adapt your mental attitude so you can live with it… even when you’re without it. The Internet I mean :)

It took me a long time… but it can be done :)
