Antiaging Tips (Antiageing Tips)
Boost your Immune System
Since Antiquity, mankind has tried to find ways of slowing down the Ageing (Aging) process, and while Ageing is inevitable and creeps up to all of us sooner or later, looking too old too soon is not.
While today’s modern Anti-Aging Technology tries to find all kinds of methods, potions and galvanic Anti Aging Treatments – without taking any cosmetic surgery into account here – that help a huge and constantly growing Clientele… amongst both women and men and across all continents and contries… to look and feel years younger, it’s very much a matter of your overall Health from inside, how you look after yourself and what your choices are in terms of Nutritional Supplements.
We explained this in our article on “Longevity with a Strong Immune System” .
I also read recently that “. . . the key to longevity may lie in an enzyme with the ability to promote a strong immune system into old age by maintaining the function of the thymus …” – from which I draw again the conclusion that the best Antiaging Tip is definitely to Boost your Immune System.
Exercise and Antiaging (Anti-Aging)
Regular Exercise and Antiaging are closely related, and we’ve seen that amongst the many Exercise Benefits we find that it promotes a strong Immune System – and we reached Google Top 10 with our post, followed by more positions on no less than 116 Million searches:
What is interesting to see here – again – is the many different ways people search for the same search term – Antiaging… Anti-Aging… Anti Aging… or the way I would normally write it: Antiageing or Anti-Ageing. Each search gives different results although it’s the same semantic context.
Confusing isn’t it?
Antiaging is today’s buzz word and thus an important Chapter in “Nutrinsider” – so you may expect quite some valuable information here in the future.
But today let’s quickly touch on yet another important issue when it comes to Anti-Aging:
Antiaging and Sleep
Antiaging and Sleep go hand-in-hand as Sleep is a very effective Antiaging weapon – the question is only: What’s enough sleep?
8 hours you would normally say… but some people just need 2 or 4 or – especially as we age – even less? Others need more…
In today’s hectic world where we are surrounded and tempted by media and bombarded by constant radiation in one way or another, most people don’t get sufficient sleep.
And they don’t get good, deep quality sleep… also called “Delta Sleep”.
During “Delta sleep”, a human growth hormone called Melatonin – which is a powerful antiaging and immune stimulating substance produced in the human pineal gland – is released.
It’s simple: the more “Delta sleep” one gets, the less one ages! It’s well worth learning some methods that help with falling asleep – like meditation or self-hypnosis – in case of sleeping problems. Also see to it that the room is quiet, gets fresh air and that you are comfortable and warm – ideally in someone’s loving arms.
Sleep is the time when the body really rests and repairs, when toxins are removed and the immune system is refreshed. Not to speak of what happens to our consciousness… that’s a whole different story alltogether, although one thing is clear: it needs sleep! “Delta Sleep”!
When I get up in the morning and do my exercises, I know immediately how well I slept simply by seeing how well I can hold my balance and how well I can focus. It’s a perfect indicator. No good sleep – no balance – try it!
The fact is that the long-term effects of sleep deprivation can be desastrous, leading to many physical and emotional problems, including Depression and. . . Premature Aging.
It’s simple: Antiaging needs Sleep! So gettit!
