In today’s workshop preparing for the Ycademy Seminar on Digital Photography 2010 we stumbled upon an interesting new feature in Adobe Photoshop CS5: when using the cropping tool, there is an interesting grid that can be integrated as a graphic element to highlight a specific area on a picture – that however doesn’t seem to be on CS4 – at least I never saw it and I didn’t discover it today either.

There’s still a way to ‘fake’ the same result as I did in a quick trial version below by using the Pen tool – but of course the fast, precise and automatic feature on CS5 is much better…
